Poster Design | Heart & Soul Tattoo

Eddie came to me with the hope of creating an eye-catching poster for his time on the road at conventions. Best of all, he pays in ink. Good luck buddy!

Sketch at French Airport

It seems Hitler found another way past French lines. I sketched out the ink for this abomination while waiting for a flight in Paris last year. His eyes resemble his appetite, while his jaw strains in two directions, left only to devour himself.

This editorial illustration features my favorite guitarist of the band Pink Floyd. If you want to watch him wail, check out "Live at Pompeii" on DVD.

Creation of Diety

Obviously I have a fascination with Dali and after seeing his painting of the same name, I decided to do a few pieces of my own. One of which was a series of one-off T-shirts for Miskeen Originals (the Hip-Hop clothing brand). Even more inspiring was Destino, the Dali and Disney short, which was recently completed. Now I'm no animator, but it's one thing i've always dreamed of pursuing.

Teacher | Lecture Doodle

One of my good teachers giving a lecture. I always felt it best to learn in class while I doodled.

Vunderland

This is my ode to John K., the creator and illustrator of those extremely revolting shots in Ren & Stimpy. I combine that demented illustration style and the Alice in Wonderland story into a fun-filled 2-page ad for Volkswagen's new Rabbit.

The 'Metric Man' Can

Metric Plumbling & Heating was looking for new summer shirts. Gary, who runs the show over at Metric, has a unique sense of humor and I must credit for the copy.

"The Black Bomber"

Ink on paper gives me a starting point, followed by a bleached-bone palette in Photoshop.
